Enable Print view into MHT Word Document

Per poter impostare in visualizzazione “Stampa” un documento word generato dinamicamente mediante template .mht aggiungere nella sezione

<w:WordDocument> ... </w:WordDocument>

il seguente snippet

<w:View>Print</w:View>
